Just crossing over the boundry into Rocky Mountain National Park, this view of the North Inlet stream winding through Summerland Park is a favorite of mine. While not quite as dramatic as the views in the East Inlet, the sweeping curve the North Inlet makes for a classic scene any fly fisherman would love. The contrast between the green grasses and cool forest also makes this visually intrquing. The scars from the East Troublesome Fire still show on the trees along the North Inlet, the nutrients in the soil have really maded the grasses thick. Photo © copyright by Thomas Mangan.
