This was an interesting morning to be out in the field. The plan was to photograph this juxtaposition of narrow leaf cottonwoods and aspens with Longs Peak towering above Moraine Park. It was completely cloudy just before sunrise but as the sun rose, the clouds started to break up. The low hanging clouds took on a reddish glow as the Diamond lit up in red as well.
