It's early September on the Alpine Tundra of Rocky Mountain National Park and here we have a Ptarmigan rustling amongst the fall colored grasses. As the seasons change, this bird will mold from a speckled brown to pure white to camouflage itself amongst the landscape. Ptarmigan are the smallest grouse in North America.
