The Ski Train is pictured at Tunnel 1 just west of Arvada, CO. The train is in the mouth of Coal Creek Canyon but will turn north and eventually follow the South Boulder Draw upgrade. The train is on its morning run between Denver and Winter Park, Colorado. The train will return from Winter Park to Denver later in the afternoon. The Ski train now runs with matching Ski Train units but prior to there arrivals Amtrak F-40PH's were used on the point. Photo © copyright by Thomas Mangan.
